The well appointed guest bedrooms reflect the rich culture combination of the Mexican and Mayan artisans. Each room offers its own amenities such as alarm clock radio, CD player with an assortment of CDs, coffee/tea pot, hair dryer, private bath, settee area, a loft for an additional person and a queen bed, all complete with maid service. Air conditioning is available in all guest rooms.

Enjoy your meals and drinks on the verandah off the living room, relax on the beach under palm thatched beach umbrellas, or refresh yourself in the elegant swimming pool. Play chess, listen to music, get away from in all in luxurious, beautifully decorated surroundings.

Rental Villa Amenities

Casa del Secreto Vacation Villa is the upper villa of only 2 villas on a large 2 acre beachfront lot. This Mexican Caribbean style villa is filled with Hand-Carved furniture and one of a kind beautiful pieces. Very private.

Casa del Secreto is maintained in excellent condition and equipped with all your desired luxuries. 3BR/3B - Master Bedroom w/ In Suite Bathroom, a King Bed with a magnificent ocean/beach front views from large windows and private entrance to the terrace. Many guests remark that the spectacular views from the Master Suite is like being on a luxury cruise ship without the movement of the ship due to the close proximity of the sea to the villa. A 2nd Bedroom w/ In Suite Bathroom, a Queen Bed and a single loft bed intended for older children or teenagers along with a balcony with an ocean/beach view. A 3rd Bedroom w/ In Suite Bathroom, a Queen Bed and Coconut Tree Garden Views. The villa can sleep 9, but we prefer to book the villa with a max of 6 guests only for comfort and privacy regarding space . The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 6 burner gourmet stainless steel stove/oven and stainless refrigerator.

The lower villa is kept as the private residence of the owners. If not in residence, it is possible to combine both Casa del Secreto and the lower level owner’s villa as a very large 6BR/6B villa at an additional rate. There is an interior stairwell can be unlocked both at the lower level villa and at the upper level villa to join the two villas into one villa with 2 , 6 Bedrooms/6 Bathrooms. Casa del Secreto also has a small Studio Suite on the grounds that has a Full Bed, In Suite Bath, futon sofa area, AC, satellite TV, kitchenette w/ microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker for groups that may require a 7th Bedroom. The lower level owner’s villa and the Studio Suite are never rented out to other parties when Casa del Secreto is booked as a 3BR/3B to insure guests have privacy of the entire grounds. When the owner is in residence in her lower level villa, she gives 100% private use of the pool/Jacuzzi and grounds to guests who have booked the upper level villa.

Playa del Secreto Beach Characteristics

• Over a mile of soft, white, powder-like sand.
• Good Shelling on north end of beach
• Good Snorkeling in calm water on far south end of beach where there are rocks and coral.
• Abundant Sea life of turtles, lobsters, octopus, rays, many varieties of fish, starfish etc.
• Gradual slope into water, no drop-offs, no rocks except at far south end of beach.
• Days with wind provides great boogie boarding or body surfing in the waves.
• Great Surf Fishing
• Several Championship Golf Courses are located as close as 1 mile to 15 miles from villa, Mexico's only PGA Golf course is only 9 miles from the villa.
  
• Many underwater fresh water springs from the underground rivers and therefore it has been said that this is the reason we never see sharks.
• Beach is completely free of vendors and crowds
• Only a very few up-scale villas on the entire beach.
• 20 minutes from airport, 7 minutes from Puerto Morelos, 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen, 30 minutes from Cancun., 1 hour from Tulum, 3 1/2 hours from Chichen Itza.
